I cannot think of a time when someone at RBG stated we would receive a product on a certain date, when they did not ship to us on time. This performance trait of such a high standard is difficult to find in our industry. Third, we have found wonderful responsiveness to our emails, text messages, and phone calls from the people at RBG. Communication is so important in business and this aspect with RBG has been refreshing and efficient.
